General Terms and Conditions
  The Poultry Health Services (PHS) Laboratory at Lakeside Veterinary Centre, Hemingford Grey (incorporating Eastwood Central Laboratory) operates an ISO17025-compliant quality system which has been independently assessed by UKAS and CLAS. All accredited laboratory work carried out by PHS is done at Lakeside Veterinary Centre.
It is also approved by Defra for a range of testing work. It is a UKAS and CLAS accredited testing laboratory. No claim of accreditation is made for methods not specifically include in the respective scopes of accreditation. In our reports any methods marked '*' as well as opinions and interpretations expressed herein are outside the Scope of Accreditation Schedule of our Laboratory. Methods marked UK are accredited by UKAS and CLAS, those marked CL by CLAS only. All results of accredited tests are checked and approved by the person identified after 'Laboratory Approval' to comply with the requirements of the accreditation standard. Reports are issued for the named recipient(s). If received in error the recipient may not use the information in any way and should inform the sender. Reports may not be changed and may be reproduced only in their entirety unless authorised by PHS.
